Description:
The Rochester Arts & Sciences Academy (RASA) is a private, secular, not-for-profit, International Baccalaureate Candidate school with grade offerings from preschool to 8th grade.
The academically challenging curriculum incorporates 2 daily foreign languages - Mandarin Chinese and Spanish.
Small class sizes (target of 12 students) at RASA facilitate a nurturing environment allowing individual attention.
RASA offers all day (7.45 to 3.30) preschool, junior kindergarten and kindergarten programs. Care available from 7.30 am to 6pm.
RASA students have the highest standardized test score statistics based on measures reported by other Rochester schools.

History:
RASA was founded in 2007 and offers our community another option for education focused on 1) academic rigor 2) physical activity and 3) community service.

RASA is a not-for-profit organization with 501c3 public charity status. The RASA Board of Directors, comprised of volunteer members, is the governing body.

RASA emphasizes instills in all of our students including the youngest ones, the duty to give back to the community.
