Description:
CCRR provides support services to child care professionals and centralizes programs and services devoted to serving young children and families.

CCR&R helps parents, providers and other organizations find answers to their questions about early childhood issues.

Programs are designed to serve young children and their families from all income levels and diverse backgrounds.

History:
In September 1972, Olmsted County Council for Coordinated Child Care (4-C's) began operation with a staff of two. In 1980, "4-C's" became Child Care Resource & Referral, Inc. CCRR's programs and services were also expanded.
