Description:
Good Earth Village is a Christian camp and retreat center on 500 incredible acres near Spring Valley. It provides programs and facilities for all ages and all comfort levels (tenting to high-comfort retreat center). During the summer, Good Earth Village has week-long youth camps and family weekends. Retreat facilities / programs and conferences are available throughout the year. Good Earth Village Retreat Programs include Quilting Retreats, Adult Trip and Travel opportunities, YouthBlasts, and many other Faith-based Retreats and Conferences.

History:
Good Earth Village has provided Christian Camping opportunities since 1969. Currently, 141 congregations in Southeastern Minnesota are supporting members of the camp. Good Earth Village is a Lutheran (ELCA) Camp, and United Methodist, Catholic and Presbyterian congregations are part of the corporation as well. Good Earth Village is one of only a few camps and retreat centers in Southern Minnesota that meets the strict criteria to be accredited through the American Camping Association (ACA).
