Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Join us for afternoon tea! Volunteers are needed to help with the following activities:

2-3 event planning volunteers
2 volunteers to set up event (decor, signs, etc) - time to be announced
2 gallery attendants to monitor galleries
2 volunteers to help with check in, ticketing, greeting
2 volunteers to assist with event logistics and clean up

AGE OF VOLUNTEER: 16 or older. COMMITMENT: One time commitment of 2-4 hours. DAY OF WEEK: Wednesday. TIME OF DAY: afternoon. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT(S): none.

From Highway 52: Take the Second Street SW exit, head east. Proceed on Second Street until it comes to a T intersection at Civic Center Drive. The Art Center is directly in front of you, accessible via the circle drive of the Mayo Civic Center. Parking Meters: Meters are enforced 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except major holidays. Meters are not enforced after 5:00 p.m. on weekdays or on Saturdays or Sundays. Free Parking: Park free in any city ramp on weekdays after 5:00 p.m. and until 1:00 a.m. and weekends from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.. The Civic Center ramp is across from the Art Center accessible from First Avenue SE.
