Volunteer Opportunity Details:
Project GO is seeking adult volunteers to assist with chaperoning after-school field trips and activities at local nature areas in several Se MN communities. Project GO programs are offered in Rochester and 9 other communities. Participants in grade K-8 meet once per week to experience outdoor exploration and nature activities. AGE OF VOLUNTEERS: 18 and older. COMMITMENT: Two hours per week. DAY OF THE WEEK: varies depending on volunteer schedule. TIME OF THE DAY: after school, 3-5 p.m. OTHER REQUIREMENT(S): Volunteers must complete a criminal background check provided by our organization. Volunteers must also have access to email and transportation to and from program sites.
