Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Volunteers are able to offer patients in the hospital a selection of several works of art to look at during their stay. Patients appreciate having a choice available. The volunteers push a cart with several framed reproductions to patient rooms and may have a brief visit with the patient and family members as they change the picture on the wall in the patient's room.

AGE OF VOLUNTEER: 26 and older. COMMITMENT: 2 - 3 hours per week. DAY OF WEEK: flexible, all days. TIME OF DAY: flexible. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: An interview and orientation process is required. Volunteers are given on the job training.
