Mental Health America provides programs and services that support the health of mind and body and works to eliminate the stigma of mental illness and addiction for all.
Description:
MHA provides advocacy, education, and information and referral for those affected by mental illness and/or addictive disease. We provide these services through the following programs: Adult Mental Health Advocacy, Education Advocacy, Legal Services, Juvenile Justice, Youth Advocacy, and Public Education.
History:
Incorporated in 1959. Serve more than 10,000 individuals annually.

| By public transportation take 71A,B,C or D to Jumonville (between Fifth and Forbes) walk half a block to Fifth Avenue, agency is next door to Heinz Family Center.
