History:
With the onset of retirement, Commander Gwen Elliott
started a new agency in January, 2002. Gwen's Girls
was established to provide a nurturing and supportive place for at-risk girls to reach their dreams. This agency is the culmination of Gwen's Vision to make the world a better place for women and girls where
barriers to race, sex, and class will not prevent achievement. Gwen's Girls is the next step for Gwen
Elliott to fulfill her promise to her mother to "Be Good."
