MANAGEMENT VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY Facilitator for Drucker Self Assessment Tool (SAT) Process Contact: Marcia Clark at 412-227-6874 Management volunteers are needed for a cooperative agency capacity-building project with the Bayer Center for Nonprofit Management and the United Way of Allegheny County. Following a 2-day training program on April 5 & 6, volunteers will be matched to serve on a two-member team to facilitate the self-assessment review of one nonprofit agency per year using the Drucker SAT process. Each review occurs over a 4-6 month period, involves 40+ hours, and results in an agency plan. Persons completing the Drucker facilitator training are listed on the Drucker Foundation National Database of trainers.
