The Allegheny Valley Association of Churches is holding it's annual fund raiser "AVAC Folk Festival 2002" on Saturday, September 28th at East Union Presbyterian Church's beautiful new recreation facility in West Deer Township from 11AM till 4PM. Volunteers are needed to assist with set up, organization, parking, ticket sales, etc. Activities will include live bluegrass music by Second Wind, great food, baked goods, crafts, door prizes and a silent auction. Children's activities will include horse rides, Moon Walk, face painting, crafting and more. Tickets are $5.00 for adults and $3.00 for children 3-12, children under 3 are free.
