OUR MISSION IS TO PROVIDE EXCELLENCE IN THE DELIVERY OF COMMUNITY ORIENTED POLICE SERVICES AND, THROUGH COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION, IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE.
Description:
THE CRIME PREVENTION UNIT PROVIDES A VARIETY OF SERVICES ADDRESSING SAFETY AND SECURITY CONCERNS. THOSE SERVICES INCLUDE: SECURITY ASSESSMENTS, SEMINARS AND TRAINING ON;PERSONAL SAFETY, INTERNET SAFETY (CHILDREN OR ADULTS), FRAUD (ID THEFT, INTERNET CRIMES ...), AND ROBBERY PREVENTION TO NAME A FEW. WE HOLD SUMMER SAFETY CAMPS WHEN SPONSORED AND SUPPORT NIEGHBORHOOD WATCH PROGRAMS. ALSO FILL THE POSITION OF LAW ENFORCEMENT COORDINATOR FOR CRIME STOPPERS OF RACINE COUNTY.
