Racine Dominican Retreat Program

The mission of the Racine Dominican Retreat Program is to nurture a healing and holistic spirituality in an environment of joy, peace, and beauty.

Description:
The Racine Dominican Retreat Program is a ministry of the Racine Dominicans whose mission is shaped by the pursuit of truth and a dedication to promoting justice. The retreat program hosts outside groups and individuals for private retreats, as well as offers its own specific retreats and programs. It is located in Siena Center on the shore of Lake Michgian, which makes it a treasured setting. Siena Center is also headquarters to the Racine Dominican Sisters and hosts other outreach programs.

History:
The retreat program at Siena Center has been in existence since 1966. While it started small with approximately 25 beds available, today it serves over 5,500 people annually and is open year-round except for August.
