Greet and assist walk-in guest in a friendly and professional manner. Guest will be looking for volunteer opportunities. Would direct them to proper staff person and/or provide literature. Gather information from callers to enable the transfer of the call to the appropriate staff. Time required Monday though Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Hours and days to work are very flexible. Minimum age of 13. Able to answer telephone, speak clearly and in friendly and professional manner. Able to use phone system, including transferring of calls and use of voice mail. Telephone training will be provided by Volunteer Center Staff. Able to follow directions for various job assignments by staff. Computer skills a plus, especially Microsoft Word and Excel and Publisher.  This opportunity is sponsored by: Volunteer Center Of Racine County Inc.
