This flexible individual will work closely with the program Director and facilitation staff and will involve phone work and setting up appointments with local schools, scheduling facilitators and volunteers, mail correspondence (regular mail and e-mail), data entry and any number of activities related to scheduling programs with area elementary schools.
This can be an educational and rewarding experience.
This opportunity requires a person who enjoys working with people, has an enthusiastic and positive attitude, is self motivated and can work independently and/or in a small team. The availability to take phone calls/messages during business hours is necessary, as well as daily access to the internet to respond to questions and scheduling as needed. Requires familiarity with computer and software use. Application, interview, and training required.
