Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Have you dreamed of being on television? Here is your chance to be a star volunteer for Milwaukee Public Television. Join us at our next on-air membership drive for MPTV. You will be assisting us in our fund raising efforts to continue quality Television programs on PBS. As a volunteer your will answer incoming calls from viewers, take information and complete a paper pledge form. This opportunity is done at the MPTV studios, training is provided during scheduled shifts; and parking is provided free of charge at the MATC location in Downtown Milwaukee. Sign-up yourself, a friend or a group. Membership Drives are held annually in June, August,December and March; The next pledge drive is November 28 - December 13, 2009

Training is provided on each shift. Volunteers must be able to speak clearly to the caller, have legible handwriting and good hearing. Volunteers should be a minimum of 16 years of age.
