Volunteer Opportunity Details:

We are in need of volunteers to write grants and seek out sources of funding for our nonprofit organization. Your experience would be very helpful to help Peace Learning Circles provide workshops for every 4th grade student in Kenosha and Racine and expand so every child can participate in creating a culture of peace in our schools, homes, neighborhoods and communities. This is a very exciting time for PLC as we work to build our organization to meet the huge demand for our program. In order to meet the demand and increase our program to include all grades in the schools we work with, we need to generate new and diverse funding sources, as well as increase our staff.

Training is not required, however, experience in this area is helpful, but not necessary.
