URWA is seeking volunteers to develop an Invasive Species Strike Team. Volunteers will walk area trails in search of invasive species that are just beginning to establish in this region. Plant identification skills are helpful, but not required. Volunteers will record data and utilize handheld GPS units for mapping. Training in plant ID and GPS will be offered.
