The mission of Anne Grady Services is to provide dignity, respect, and quality service to people with disabilities and their families, always offering opportunities to reach their highest potential.

Description:
Anne Grady Services provides for over 195 individuals with the Anne Grady Center, a residential home for 91 adults on Eber Road; Eber Community Residence, a group home for 6 adults; Everwood Community Residence, a group home for 6 adults; Richards and Gribbin Lane Homes, a group home for 4 ladies; the Eileen Home, a group home for adult respite services as well as for 7 individuals in the MR/DD program; individuals we serve in the supported living program; "Annie's House," our respite home for children who are medically fragile and/or have special needs; plus our newly acquired Prescribed Pediatric Center (PPC), a medical-day treatment program that provides nursing services and early childhood education to infants, preschoolers and school-aged children who are medically fragile.

History:
First named Decem Center to symbolize the 10 NW Ohio counties we served, we were later renamed the Anne Grady Center in honor of a primary founding parent. Today, we are known collectively as Anne Grady Services.

Anne Grady Center opened its doors on March 1, 1982.
