AARP Tax-Aide

To provide free tax preparation for low and middle income individuals with special attention to those age 60 and older. Volunteer opportunities are from February 1 to April 15 with Tax training in January

History:
AARP Tax-Aide is the nation's largest, free, volunteer-run tax counseling and preparation service. In Wake County we have 11 locations that prepared over 4,000 Income Tax Returns for the 2008 Tax year.
