The Sign Up (or "Registration") Process occurs in 3 steps:
At the bottom of this page, enter your Agency Name. Choose the name that you are known by in the community. This becomes your "username." [NOTE: If your agency is already registered, the software will let you know.]
When you click "Sign Up!" at the end of this page, you will go to the Acceptance or Terms and Conditions of Use, which describes the agreements between your agency, 211 Hotline/Trident United Way and this web tool. Please review and choose "I accept" to continue.
Once you agree to the terms and conditions, you can proceed to the Add Agency Listing where you will be asked for more detailed information about your agency -- including a password, which you will create.
The Sign Up process should take approximately 5-10 minutes provided that you have the following information on hand:
Primary agency contact's up-to-date email, phone number and address
Password for your agency (Make it easy to remember!)
The software will request your agency's Employer Identification Number (EIN), but Trident United Way does not require this information and you can skip this item.

Agency description of services statement
Coordinator's name, phone and address for each listing
Note that you must complete any field with an "*" in order to continue the process. You will also be given the opportunity to upload your logo.
After filling out the information about your agency, you are ready to post volunteer opportunities through the "Opportunities" or "Board Match" tab (to be launched in late 2006) and/or choose the "Gift Match" tab to list items that you need in order to better serve by your clients.
