Respite Care Ministries will enhance the quality of life of individuals suffering from Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia and the quality of life of their caregivers.

Description:
Respite Care Ministries has four locations in the Charleston area providing day programs for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. The programs run from 10:00am-2:00pm every day depending on the site. The site at St. Matthew's Lutheran Church in downtown Charleston meets on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays. The site at All Saints Lutheran in Mt. Pleasant meets on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The site at Lutheran of the Redeemer in West Ashley meets on Tuesdays, and the site at Church of Our Saviour in John's Island meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
