Description:
Our team of health care professionals and volunteers provide on-going support for the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of hospice patients and their families. Volunteers provide direct care to patients and families, administrative support, bereavement counselors and special projects like yard work, making gift bags and mailing cards.

History:
Hospice Care of America opened its Beaufort satellite office in 2006 and a Hilton Head office in 2008. Our agency is growing rapidly in the Beaufort area. We serve Beaufort, Jasper, Colleton and Hampton counties.
