Sedgefield Middle is located in Goose Creek, SC, near the historic city of Charleston, SC. Its student population is 987 with a staff of 34 grade level teachers, 13 related arts and 8 special education teachers, 2 media specialists, custodial staff and an active PTO. A well equipped Media Center is available for all students and staff to use. Online capabilities offer many programs throughout the school.
Its curriculum includes the core subjects Mathematics, Language Arts/reading, Science and Social studies. In the Related arts, students may choose from the following courses: Industrial technology, Art, Band, Chorus, Computer skills, Physical Education and Spanish.
