Tutors, mentors and activity groups
Last updated on July 7, 2008

Many kids just want a genuine, reliable and caring person to sit with them when doing homework. Many of them also just want a listening ear to their problems big or small. Our children at the center enjoy seeing people who want to spend time with them. Through tutoring, mentoring or hanging out with the clients, it creates a special atmosphere for them. It encourages them academically, socially, emotionally and more! Simply reading a book or playing board games with the clients makes a HUGE deal and difference in their lives.

There is a volunteer orientation required in order to work with clients. A background check, confidentiality form and volunteer application must be complete and approved before proceeding with volunteer opportunities.
