Say Y.E.S. to Youth

Y.E.S. welcomes volunteers to mentor our at-risk youth from the tri-county. Mentoring can occur in small groups or one-on-one. We also need motivational speakers and presenter who are willing to share their personal stories and who can teach life skills.

Tutors are also needed to assist youth with homework and special educational projects.

All volunteers must complete an application, provide references and will undergo a background check. The volunteer will then be required to attend mentor training. Adult mentors must be at least 20 years old. Peer mentors must be 15-19 years old.
