LifePath Hospice and Family Care believes in making everyday count for the patient diagnosed with advanced illness. Our focus is on caring not curing, to allow patients to live in peace and dignity, surrounded by family and friends in the most comfortable environment.
Volunteers provide respite care for family members as well as meaningful support to the patient.

Description:
LifePath Hospice and Family Care strives to promote a complete circle of care by integrating other therapeutic practices, which support the mind-body-spirit connection, while at the same time providing conventional medical services. We offer Massage, Music and Pet therapy, Reiki , Aromatherapy, Reflexology and more. LifePath Hospice and Family Care is all about renewing hope. Hope that following a diagnosis of a life threatening illness, both the patient and family can live each day to the fullest.
