Last updated on February 20, 2008

UDVC serves to lead a collaborative, statewide effort to end domestic violence. UDVC philosophy states that domestic violence is a crime, that domestic violence is preventable, victims are not to blame, perpetrators of violence are responsible for their own actions and that the most effective way to reduce domestic violence is through coordinated, community efforts.
