Speaking of Women's Health's mission is to educate women to make informed decisions about health, well being, and personal safety for themselves and their families.

Description:
While honoring what it means to be a woman, Speaking of Women's Health addresses important health issues for women including osteoporosis, heart health, beauty and self esteem, GI health, and relationships. In 2008, Speaking of Women's Health will educate attendees more than 20 health topics of interest to women.

History:
Speaking of Women's Health raises funds to support women's health organizations, hospital based women's health initiatives, and health topic programming on PBS stations. At each conference, Speaking of Women's Health honors women who make a difference in their communities. To date, Speaking of Women's Health has raised more than $2 million for support of women's health and well being programs across the nation.
