DDI VANTAGE Early Intervention Program provides services for children under the age of three who have developmental delays and disabilities and their families by offering a full range of services to meet their individual needs. The goal is to minimize the effects of the delay thereby reducing the need for long term intervention throughout the child's school years.

DDI VANTAGE, Inc. is a private, non-profit agency that provides a variety of child, adult, and family services through its Early Intervention Program, Early Head Start Program, and Supported Employment Program. Funding for these programs is provided primarily through contracts with the Utah State Department of Health, Baby Watch Early Intervention Program; Department of Human Services, Division of Services for People with Disabilities (DSPD); Utah State Office of Rehabilitation; and the Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families.

Specifically, the DDI VANTAGE Early Intervention Program provides support to infants and children under three years of age who have developmental delays or disabilities and their families through a wide range of available services tailored to meet their individual needs. Early intervention aims to reduce the need for long-term intervention or support throughout the child’s school years by eliminating or moderating the effects of the delays or disabilities as early as possible.

History:
DDI VANTAGE Early Intervention has been serving families in Utah for nearly 40 years. We have watched the numbers of our families grow over time and we presently have the privilege of serving over 850 families throughout Granite, Murray and Salt Lake City School Districts in Salt Lake County, as well as in Tooele & Duchesne counties.
