Description:
Garden Terrace is a skilled nursing community that is specifically dedicated to care for those individuals with Alzheimer's and related dementia. We are a 120 bed community with five distinct neighborhoods that treat the varying levels of dementia. We are one of only eight facilities nationwide and the only facility in Utah with a dementia-rehabilitation program.

History:
Garden Terrace has been in the Salt Lake Valley for 14 years and was the first facility of its kind in Utah.
