 Help to provide follow up emergency assistance to disaster clients, field incoming disaster related phone calls, and fulfill administrative responsibilities to insure that client needs are met. Be able to attend several American Red Cross training classes to prepare you for these vital positions. Be able to read and communicate effectively, manage multiple projects, use computers, be sensitive to human interactions to diversity and inclusiveness and communicate in a sympathetic and caring manner.
