Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Children's Memorial Hermann Hospital Volunteers work in the 14 bedroom Ronald McDonald House at Memorial Hermann and support families whose children are being treated in the Intensive Care areas of the hospital.

Volunteers help keep the RMH facilities at Memorial Hermann tidy and stocked with supplies, check families in and out of the bedrooms, visit with parents, assist with other projects, and bake cookies.

Children's Memorial Hermann Hospital Volunteers make a 6 month commitment. Volunteer opportunities are available from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. seven days a week. Shifts are scheduled in 3 hour time blocks.

∙ 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
∙ 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
∙ 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

CMHH Volunteers work two shifts a month for a total of 6-8 hours a month.

Bilingual volunteers are especially needed to communicate with our Spanish speaking families.
