Holiday Family Food Distribution

Target Hunger will be distributing food to approximately 1,000 families in need who are affiliated with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services and Communities In Schools in November.

Volunteers are needed to help with the following:

• Setting up tables in the morning for food distribution stations
• Sorting and bagging produce and meat
• Sorting and packing food boxes
• Distributing prepackaged food boxes
• Loading cars with food and produce
• Checking off registered families from master lists
• Helping with teardown and clean up

We need volunteers who are free at these times
One-Time
This volunteer opportunity is available to the following types of volunteers
Adults (26-54)  Small Group (2-10)
Individual  Young Adults (18-25)
Large Group (11+)
