Framingham Court Mediation Services

Framingham Court Mediation Services (FCMS) provides mediation at Framingham District Court and Concord, Natick and Marlborough District Courts and Middlesex County Family and Probate Court. We serve the courts to help people resolve their small claims, housing, minor criminal and civil matters as an alternative to having a trial. We also work with the community to mediate disputes within the town, among neighbors, and in families, including parent-child, juvenile and elder care.

Description:
FCMS is a public not-for-profit serving the MetroWest community. We provide mediation training for people interested in learning how to mediate. Importantly, we rely on volunteers to participate in the training program so they can serve as volunteer mediators in the courts. Volunteering as a mediator can be challenging and highly rewarding. If you are available to volunteer during the daytime and are interested in this volunteer opportunity, call us.

History:
Since 1978, FCMS has provided mediation services in the MetroWest area to many hundreds of people in the courts and in the community. We have received numerous recognitions for the work that we do, and we are proud of our record of providing excellent services for the courts and for members of the community.
