Framingham Public Access Corporation

The purpose of the Corporation shall include, but not be limited to, fostering the production, promotion, or acquisition of community video programming in Framingham by supporting open, diverse, and
equitable access to the community video production facilities of the Corporation;
allocating channel space and time for cablecast programming; and providing training to
Framingham residents and organizations in the use of access facilities and equipment.
