Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Cambridge At Home (CAH) assists our elderly members with rides to medical appointments, grocery shopping, special events or activities sponsored by CAH or for local errands.
Patience, compassion and a cheerful disposition are the ideal qualities for this volunteer position. Members book rides with the office in advance and volunteer drivers are called as needed by the CAH office.
Volunteer drivers are required to have a valid driver's license, their own clean, fully insured car that includes passenger coverage and an excellent driving record. Driving assignments usually last 1-4 hours and take place between the hours of 9 am - 5 pm.
CORI background checks are required for all volunteers.

CORI background checks
Valid driver's license
Automobile insurance with appropriate coverage for passengers
Sedan type auto that is clean, well maintained
Non smoker is a plus
Must be over 18
Minimum commitment of 4 hours per month
