Our Teen Center, through partnership with the community, shall provide a safe and comfortable environment that fosters mutual respect and responsibility for youth grades five through twelve.

Description:
The Teen Center offers a Study with internet accessible computers and up-to-date reference media for homework, an Art Studio complete with supplies, an expansive Multi-Purpose Room complete with a stage and instruments, a full kitchen and Cafe for cooking classes, preparing snacks and dining, a Lounge with cable T.V. and movie library, and a large Game Room filled with many exciting arcade games and a pool table.

History:
In 1995, Teen Center, Inc. began as a grassroots campaign to provide a much needed place for teens in the community to congregate after school. The doors to our first facility opened in 1997 and we moved into our new facility in 2001. The Center is a safe and fun place for teens to gather in a supervised environment with qualified and caring staff. Today our membership continues to grow as we serve youth in the towns of Appleton, Hope, Lincolnville, Camden and Rockport.

Directions:

The Teen Center is located at 10 Knowlton Street in Camden. From Route 1, turn onto Mechanic Street and then turn Right onto Knowlton.
