The Museo Alameda

History:
The Museo Alameda opened its doors in April of 2007. At its inception in 1996, it was the first formal affiliate of the Smithsonian Institution and the impetus for the entire Smithsonian Affiliations program. Since its opening, the museum has hosted over nearly 30 exhibitions from around the world.
