Advise and support families and friends of patients. Welcome visitors to the waiting room, provide information, and comfort. Tasks may include answering phones, greeting and directing visitors, recording accurate information for families, staff and physicians. This position is a combination of family support and staff support Extroverted, mature, positive service oriented individual. Demonstrates good verbal and written communication skills.
