The 2009 Texas Folklife Festival is June 11-13, 2010 on the grounds of The Institute of Texan Cultures. Event organizers are calling for volunteers to help in various areas of the event and assist in festival operations including event set-up and take-down. Volunteers must serve a minimum of 4 hours before, during, or after the event. Set up and take down volunteers must be able to lift 20-40 lbs. (example; tables, chairs).
