The Girl Scouts of the San Antonio Area needs volunteers to help keep Girl Scouting vital and open to all who believe in this wonderful organization. We have flexible options with great opportunities that allow you to pursue your interests and ambitions. Whatever time you give, you can make a difference in a girl's life. Volunteers participating in the Girl Scout program will increase their value in their personal and professional lives. Help us to reach every girl, everywhere. All volunteers must complete the application process and pay the annual registration fee ($10). Training is available to those leading troops. exciting and challenging...I would do it again.

As a member of Americorp and volunteering with local community centers I found that I have a passion and vision for the inner-city youth and rural youth development. I want to explore more cultural initiatives that include elders.
