Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Office volunteers answer the telephone to schedule transportation to client's doctor appointments and to coordinate time and dates with drivers. They help the office staff with clerical assignments such as record keeping, directing calls as required, and special projects such as mailings.

Office Volunteers must complete the NESA application, submit to a one-on-one interview and background check and provide references. Special qualifications needed to be an office volunteer are the desire to help elderly homebound clients obtain needed services/information and a pleasant attitude toward service to others.
