The Board Rules - Serving on a Nonprofit Agency Board
The Board Rules is a program coordinated by the Volunteer Center at United Way, which allows potential volunteers to review board positions available and posted on Volunteer Solutions. An orientation is provided by the Volunteer Center annually around February. Watch for the announcement on the United Way website calendar by going to www.unitedwaysatx.org. Volunteers who fill out the survey will be referred to nonprofit agencies who call the Volunteer Center asking for referrals. For additional information, contact Esther Cantu at (210) 352-7099.
