Resident Council of Spring Terrace seeks to actively engage its members to participate in enhancing, managing, and protecting their homes and the quality of life of their community through collective participation.

Description:
Resident Council of Spring Terrace is a neighborhood and tenant association comprised of disabled, elderly, low-income individuals living in the Spring Terrace community, their families and friends, and the community that support its empowerment.

Spring Terrace is a single-occupancy, permanent supportive housing for disabled, elderly, and low-income adults of Foundation Communities, one of central Texas leading providers of housing where families succeed.
