Angel Heart Hospice

Angel Heart Hospice is dedicated to providing quality care to our patients and families. We believe that with the support of a caring hospice team, patients and families will be better able to cope with terminal illnesses.

Description:
Angel Heart Hospice is not a facility, but rather a unique program of care, focusing on enhancing the quality of life of our terminally ill patients. We specialize in pain and symptom management, and we also address the emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs of our patients and families. We provide services in private homes and long-term care facilities. We are a multidisciplinary team (physician, nurse, nurse assistant, social worker, spiritual counselor and VOLUNTEERS) and provide services from that perspective.

History:
Angel Heart hospice is a family-owned (Andy and Alicia Gonzales) and family-operated company. We opened on January 18, 2005 and started seeing patients/families in March 2005. The owners have had 10 plus years of hospice experience and want to provide care that is community-based.
