Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Are you looking for a way to connect with older Jewish adults? We are seeking volunteers to participate in Volunteers for Seniors. Volunteers are needed for: friendly visits, transportation to medical appointments or the store, transportation to Shabbat services, sharing a meal, yard work, simple household repairs, friendly phone calls, going on walks, helping a senior write or read a letter. Volunteers will be matched with a senior based on needs, skills and common interests.

We require an interview and training with the volunteer coordinator and automobile insurance information, if you will be transporting seniors.
