Learn basic mechanics skills while repairing bikes for our free bike programs. For example, our ALL-VOLUNTEER organization has given away 120 kids bikes to low-income kids over the last school year; we also repaired and gave away over 300 bikes to displaced individuals in the months following Hurricane Katrina. We require only a willingness to learn and ask questions when you don't know how to do something - we'll teach you all you need to know. This opportunity is sponsored by: Austin's Yellow Bike Project
