Volunteer Opportunity Details:

This volunteer opportunity involves meeting 90 minutes a week with an international graduate student for conversation. The international students involved often have very few opportunities to speak English, and just speaking to a native English speaker is extremely valuable for them. Through this experience you can make a friend from another culture and help someone to succeed in graduate school.

We are looking for native speakers of English with an interest in other cultures. U.T. students and volunteers from the Austin community are welcome. We just ask that you make a commitment to meet once a week for the duration of the semester.
