Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Lifelong Friends Pet Adoptions (located in Lago Vista, Texas) is looking for devoted volunteers to care for our shelter dogs and cats. If you would enjoy making a difference in the lives of homeless animals, then we are the place for you! You will get plenty of exercise, have the pleasure of meeting other animal lovers, and have fun caring for dogs and cats that will shower you with love and attention because they appreciate the time, love, and energy you give them.

We need caregivers for AM and PM shifts, seven days a week. Some volunteers come in once or twice a week; others come in once or twice a month. The amount of time you give to our shelter family is entirely up to you.

Dog caregivers must be at least 16 years old, and cat caregivers must be at least 13. Minors, ages 13-15, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
