Under the direction of the Executive Committee of Resident Council of Spring Terrace Association, the Volunteer Coordinator is charged with planning, designing, implementing, and overseeing a volunteer force consistent with needs and purposes of the Association. An ideal candidate would need to possess leadership abilities, sense of organization, and sensitivity to working with disabled, elderly, and low-income individuals.
